*Prior to the start of Introductions, the System Program Office will like to conduct a test sign on for all Industry Partners to ensure all are able to successfully connect to the meeting via the Team Application or Web Browser. Please note that Safari is not a compatible application with Microsoft Teams. For best results, download and use the Microsoft Teams application then, join as a guest or under your own account.

Instructions for Using Microsoft Teams:

1. Once everyone has RSVP’d, a final agenda and meeting link will be sent out.

2. For best results, please download and use the Microsoft Teams application. Once the link has been sent to you to join the brief/one on one’s, you will be automatically taken to the application and the meeting.

a. If you use the web browser option, the link will open a new browser window with the brief/one on one you have scheduled.

b. Please note that Safari and some browsers may not be compatible with Teams. The application and Internet Explorer Edge are the best ways to attend the meeting.

c. Please ensure your computer speakers, camera, and microphone work properly prior to the test at 0800 on 13 October 2020.

3. Once the meeting is completed and adjourned, please close out and exit the window and/or application.

4. All questions and answers, that are not proprietary, will be collected and answered to all government and attendees.
