About this file
This document is an RFR (Request for Response) Submission Checklist related to the MED47 Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor contract opportunity from the state of Massachusetts. The checklist requires bidders to download, complete, and submit the form, including their contact information and certifying that they have completed and submitted the required forms, such as a minimum of three reference letters, the RFR Checklist, the Supplier Diversity Program Plan Form, and the Environmentally Preferable Products/Practices Form. The contract opportunity is for a Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor, and bidders have the option to indicate whether they plan to exhibit at the MASSbuys event.
The RFR Checklist does not provide details on the pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information related to the contract opportunity. It is focused solely on outlining the required submission documents and certifications for bidders to complete as part of their response to the MED47 Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor RFR.
