All materials must be flame-retardant and meet safety standards, with the costume designed for full mobility and including internal cooling or ventilation features. Vendors must provide marketing references with contact information for previous clients and submit sketches and images of prior mascot projects, preferably from other colleges, as part of their bid submission.
