(c) Supporting Government Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Assessments. The Government may perform a cybersecurity supply chain risk assessment at any time during contract administration to identity, assess, and monitor the cyber risks of the Contractor’s supply chain. The Contractor agrees that the Government may, at its own discretion, perform on-site assessments to collect information for the cybersecurity supply chain risk assessment. In performing the cybersecurity supply chain risk assessment, the Government may review any information provided by the Contractor, along with any other information available to the Government from public, unclassified, classified, or any other sources.
