About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Defense Travel System (DTS) support services for United States Army Central (USARCENT).
The contract requires staffing for two position types across a base period and three option years: Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA)/Travel Clerk IV and Defense Travel Administrator (DTA)/Travel Clerk III. The base period includes an 11-month commitment for both positions, preceded by a 10-day phase-in period. Each option year extends for 12 months. Additionally, the RFQ includes surge support capacity of 80 hours for each position type per performance period (base and each option year). Offerors must provide pricing for all 20 Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 for the phase-in, CLINs 0002-0003 for base period staffing, CLINs 0004-0005 for base period surge, CLINs 1001-1004 for option year one, CLINs 2001-2004 for option year two, and CLINs 3001-3004 for option year three.
Pricing must be submitted on a monthly fixed-price basis for staffing CLINs (0002, 0003, 1001, 1002, 2001, 2002, 3001, and 3002) and on an hourly fixed-price basis for surge CLINs (0004, 0005, 1003, 1004, 2003, 2004, 3003, and 3004). Offerors must complete unit prices and extended prices for all CLINs; failure to provide complete pricing for all line items may result in an unacceptable quotation. The total evaluated price comprises the sum of all CLIN extended prices across the base period, all option periods, phase-in, and surge support elements.
