About this file
This document is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Polycom video teleconferencing equipment, including JITC approved, TAA compliant base units, 4k video CODECs, cameras, remotes, receivers, and microphone arrays. The Naval War College requires this equipment for use in secure environments. The RFQ provides detailed instructions for submitting quotes, including required content, deadline, and evaluation criteria. Quotes will be evaluated on technical specifications, price, and delivery schedule. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract as a result of this solicitation and reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced quote. The solicitation sets aside the requirement for small business concerns.
