About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) through the OregonBuys procurement system for solicitation #S-63500-00012456. The RFQ seeks bids for 20 rearing tanks and 4 picking troughs, with all goods to be delivered no later than August 15, 2025. Vendors can submit electronic bids through OregonBuys.gov or alternatively via email to ODFW.Bids@ODFW.oregon.gov. The bid requires firm pricing to be held for 30 days, and vendors are allowed to propose alternate products that meet or exceed the specified requirements, with the agency retaining sole discretion in determining product equivalence.

The RFQ encourages participation from certified diverse businesses, specifically referencing the Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID). Vendors are invited to include their COBID certification number if applicable, and the document provides resources for businesses looking to grow in Oregon, such as www.oregon4biz.com. The bid form includes spaces for vendor details, pricing, and a total cost breakdown, with a requirement for an authorized representative's signature. Pricing transparency and flexibility are emphasized, with the option for vendors to show cost differences, alternates, and options within the quote submission.
