About this file

This is a solicitation letter from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City, for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for food products. The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks to acquire Meat, Dairy, General Subsistence, and Kosher items for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. All quotes must be submitted electronically in Excel format to kdoyal@bop.gov by August 28, 2026, at 3:00 pm Central Standard Time. Quotes received after the deadline will not be considered.

Offerors must comply with several critical requirements: bids must use the exact unit of issue specified in the solicitation (e.g., cases rather than pounds), quotes for items with different specifications than those listed will not be accepted, and all items must meet the listed specifications and be delivered by the specified delivery date. All contractors must maintain active registration in the SAM.GOV database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment, and offerors should include their Unique Entity ID (UEI) number in their proposals. Payment terms vary based on award amount: government purchase card for awards at or below $15,000.00 and electronic funds transfer for awards above $15,000.00. For questions or inquiries, interested parties should contact Kyle Doyal, Procurement and Property Specialist, at 405-680-4069.
