ITS is seeking a cloud-based video training library for end-users of Microsoft 365. The requirements include an off-the-shelf SaaS solution, a per-user rate based on a minimum purchase of 2,500 licenses with no cap on maximum users, dynamic e-learning modules, and a collated library of small, bite-size trainings. Reporting requirements include producing analytics with visual representations, calculating usage percentages, and providing exportable data. Administrative requirements include customizable learning paths, communication campaign capability, single sign-on, and user synchronization with Azure AD. The delivery timeline is for the software to be delivered electronically by March 1, 2024. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor with the lowest total cost, and the contract term is one year with four optional renewal years.
The RFQ includes a price sheet that vendors must complete, listing their unit cost per user and calculating the total cost for the initial year and four optional renewal years. Vendors must indicate if they can meet the specified delivery timeline. The contract opportunity is related to a water quality sample collection project in Bonner County, Idaho.
