About this file
This document is an attachment titled "Price Sheet" related to a Request for Quote (RFQ) #58 issued by the Idaho Water Resource Board (Board) for water quality sample collection and laboratory analyses in support of the Eastern Snake Plain Aquifer (ESPA) Managed Recharge Program. The requested services include collecting water samples from three domestic wells, one dedicated monitoring well, and one surface water location, and conducting analyses for metals, bacteria, organic and inorganic chemistry, and radiological constituents. The contractor will be responsible for mobilization, sampling, shipping to the Idaho Bureau of Labs, delivering bacteria samples to Teton Microbiology for same-day analysis, and all associated administrative costs. Bidders must provide a total fully burdened cost and indicate if they can meet the contract start date of September 28, 2023.
The price sheet provides an example sampling event scenario and requires bidders to fill out a detailed cost table for each line item, including mobilization, sampling, generator rental, shipping, and administrative costs. The Board will reimburse shipping costs to the Idaho Bureau of Labs upon receipt of invoices. Bidders must respond by the due date, and a "no" response to meeting the contract start date may disqualify them from consideration.
