About this file
This is a Price Summary Sheet (Exhibit B) for RFQ 260563 issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) for window covering supply and maintenance services in California. The RFQ seeks qualified firms to provide window covering supplies and maintenance on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed usage over a three-year term. An optional, non-mandatory job walk is scheduled for September 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the OCTA Main Office Building Lobby located at 600 South Main Street, Orange, California. Written questions or clarifications must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on September 28, 2026, with written responses to be issued by October 1, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible firm on a lump sum basis.
Pricing must be submitted as firm-fixed unit prices for each line item entered directly into the OpenGov system, incorporating all direct costs, indirect costs, freight, and profit. The total budget allocated for the three-year term is $35,000. No price increases are permitted during the contract term; all price decreases will automatically be extended to the Authority. Contractors must provide bona fide proof of cost increases and submit a minimum of ninety days' advance written notice prior to any price adjustment request. Invoices must be itemized with supporting documentation for any part exceeding $500. Contractors guarantee that quoted prices are equal to or less than prices quoted to any other local, State, or Federal government entity for services of equal or lesser scope. This is not a prevailing wage contract, and by submitting a quote, firms certify they are not subject to Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions.
