The RFQ includes comprehensive insurance requirements, mandating $1 million in commercial general liability, $300,000 in business automobile liability, and $2 million in professional liability coverage. The solicitation also indicates provisions for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation, reflecting a commitment to inclusive contracting practices. Consultants will be reimbursed for authorized expenses without markup, including travel, per diem, reproductions, permit fees, and special delivery requests.
