About this file
This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) for Air Charter Services (RFQQ No.: 24-00024). The purpose is to identify contractors to provide suitable fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft, and qualified pilots to WDFW for a variety of services across multiple counties in the state of Washington. The contract term is for 3 years with the possibility of annual rate adjustments. Contractors will be able to propose new rates in June for the following year beginning in July. All other terms, conditions, and specifications remain unchanged.
The key pricing details are that contractors can propose annual rate adjustments, but the pricing is expected to remain constant throughout the 3-year contract term aside from those annual changes. There are no set-asides mentioned, and the incumbent contractor is not specified. Funding requirements and sources are also not provided in the document.
