About this file
This document is a response to clarifying questions for Request for Quotes (RFQ) #2024-18 issued by Clackamas County, Oregon for a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Development Project. The RFQ seeks expert services to conduct a functional analysis, inventory critical technology systems, and develop a prioritized disaster recovery and COOP plan for the county's technology infrastructure. The contractor will support all four project phases, though the estimated budget may not cover the full scope. The county is not requesting explanations of how the contractor would perform the work in the quote.
