About this file
This document is Addendum #3 to Request for Quotes (RFQ) #2021-102 issued by Clackamas County, Oregon. The purpose of this RFQ is to purchase a control panel and three variable frequency drives for the Bolton Pump Station. The addendum makes changes to the project specifications, including removing the requirement for a disconnect switch on the variable frequency drive panels since they will be installed in close proximity to existing disconnect switches. It also adds a note regarding the placement of intrinsically safe circuits within the control panel.
The RFQ was originally published on November 30, 2021, and quotes are to be submitted to the Clackamas County Procurement office. No other details are provided regarding the response due date, award date, or contract term.

On November 30, 2021, Clackamas County (“County”) published Request for Quotes #2021-102 (“RFQ). 1. The following changes are made to the project specifications-
Section 40 92 00 – Control Panels and Components, Part 2.4 Manufactured Units, Paragraph E Overcurrent Protection, Add the following: “The VFD panels do not require a disconnect switch to be installed because they will be installed in the direct line of site and less than 50 feet from the existing disconnect switches in the MCC. Build the VFD panels as shown in the Plans.”
Drawing Sheet IC-3, Add the following note: “The lower right corner of the control panel is reserved for intrinsically safe circuits.
