National Surveyor Training Program IDIQ IDIQ CHAPTER 6. Training Support Task - Audio/Visual Contract
SCHEDULE OF DELIVERABLES:
Basic courses are 5 days and specialty courses are 3-4 days in length. A typical course day is 9 hours beginning 8:00 a.m., and ending at 5 p.m., except on the last day, we tend to end earlier. Occasionally, two courses or more are operating during the same week at different training sites and both utilize identical equipment. Contractor should be able to accommodate all classes, even if two or more trainings are scheduled per week.

| All aspects of the development and production of each training utilizing their audio/visual services as specified. |

Task 10
Delivery, storage, set-up, and breakdown of the audio/visual equipment and services to be used for the CMS sponsored surveyor-training courses at conference sites in the Baltimore Metropolitan areas and nation-wide Onsite, in accordance with the current Training Schedule.
