About this file

This is an E-Verify Flow-Down Requirements Certification form required for federal contract compliance, specifically for work to be performed at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL).

The certification requires the offeror to declare whether it will subcontract commercial or noncommercial services or construction exceeding $3,000 for U.S.-based work. If subcontracting is anticipated, the offeror must flow down FAR clause 52.222-54 (Employment Eligibility Verification) to all lower-tier subcontractors exceeding the $3,000 threshold and require direct subcontractors to flow the clause down to their qualifying subcontractors at any tier. The offeror must provide PPPL with proof of E-Verify system enrollment for each eligible subcontractor within 10 calendar days of subcontract award by submitting copies of the subcontractor's "Edit Company Profile" page from E-Verify. If the offeror initially indicates no subcontracting plans but subsequently determines to subcontract services or construction exceeding $3,000, it must immediately notify the PPPL Subcontract Administrator and submit necessary E-Verify compliance documentation. The form requires signature certification by an authorized company official attesting to the accuracy of the stated response.
