To satisfy this requirement, PPPL desires to enter a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with at a highly qualified Subcontractor.

The fixed-price proposal would be supported by detailed breakdown of labor (hours and type/skill level) or individual waste stream disposal rates
Task Orders for the performance of work requirements would be issued on a fixed- price or Time and Material basis.
The term of the proposed BOA is two-years from date of award with an option to extend the performance period for (3) additional 12 month- period, a total of 5 years if the option is exercised. No single individual Task Order will exceed $250,000.00
PPPL will not guarantee the issuance of any minimum number of Task Orders under the proposed BOA. The number and dollar value of Task Orders to be issued cannot be predicted with any accuracy in that it is dependent upon the availability of Government funding.
