About this file
This document is a cost proposal spreadsheet for a WiFi as a Service Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Tennessee State Parks. The RFP seeks comprehensive WiFi infrastructure and support services for state parks, with a detailed cost breakdown covering both site visit and non-site visit costs. The proposal includes pricing for various technical services and equipment, such as site surveys, network design, installation, wireless access points, network routers, controllers, and switches. The contract appears to have two seasonal periods (in-season: April-November, and off-season: December-March), with estimated quantities for support incidents, technician support, equipment monitoring, training, and annual on-site equipment inspections.
The cost proposal requires bidders to complete yellow-highlighted fields with precise pricing for each line item, with a total of 500 support incidents, 300 hours of technician support, and 40 network devices monitored during in-season months and 20 devices during off-season months. The pricing structure allows for flexible cost evaluation, with specific weightings for site visit costs (18 points) and non-site visit costs (12 points), totaling a potential 30-point cost scoring matrix. The document emphasizes that the estimated quantities do not guarantee minimum purchases, and the state retains discretion in requesting services, with all monetary amounts to be presented in U.S. currency and limited to two decimal places.
