If this project is greater than 1 acre in size or part of a larger common plan of development coverage under the NPDES Construction General Permit may be required.
In accordance with EISA 438 requirements, all development or redevelopment projects with a footprint that exceeds 5,000 square feet must maintain or restore, to the maximum extent technically feasible, the predevelopment hydrology of the property with regard to the temperature, rate, volume, and duration of flow.
The work within the watercourse may require 401/404 Dredge and Fill permit coverage.
DOE Order 10 CFR Section 1022 prohibits impacts to floodplains. A floodplain assessment may be required for this work.
