About this file
The document is Attachment H (Scored Proposal Components Form) for OregonBuys Request for Proposal (RFP) S-63500-00014394 for Flow Simulation Software. The RFP seeks a comprehensive computational modeling and simulation software system specifically designed for fish screening and passage projects. The software must support advanced analysis of water flow, structural integrity, and complex hydraulic conditions. The proposal requires detailed responses across multiple evaluation categories including references, costs, system overview, and high-level requirements compliance.
The proposal evaluation includes 20 points each for system overview, high-level requirements compliance, costs, and functional requirements. Key functional requirements include computational fluid dynamics modeling, hydraulics modeling, structural analysis, finite element modeling, and fish behavior modeling. The software must provide capabilities such as importing CAD data, supporting real-time hydrological data feeds, offering interactive 3D visualization, enabling scenario comparisons, managing cloud computing for large-scale simulations, providing secure data storage, and supporting multi-phase flow simulations. Proposers must comprehensively demonstrate their software's ability to meet these technical specifications across various domains related to aquatic and fish passage engineering.
