About this file
This document is Addendum 3 to Request for Proposal (RFP) PW-2025-04 issued by the Pagosa Springs Public Works Department in Colorado on March 11, 2024, related to the TOPS 2025 Geothermal Highway 160 Crossing Improvement Project. The addendum addresses multiple questions from potential bidders regarding a fusion machine procurement, specifically seeking an 8-inch capability machine for the project. The town would prefer to purchase the fusion machine for future installation but would also consider rental options.
The addendum clarifies several key details, including that there are no domestic requirements for the equipment, no specific preference for a rolling or tracked fusion machine, and an openness to bidders offering fusion services as a supplementary project option. The project is budget-limited, with functionality being a primary consideration during the selection process. Bidders are encouraged to propose fusing services that could potentially benefit the project's success, with the understanding that the largest pipe size requirement is 8 inches.
