About this file

This document is Appendix A (Technical Requirements and Response Form) for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Tuolumne County, California, for a Revenue Recovery Collection Technology Solution. The appendix outlines comprehensive technical requirements for a software solution designed to support the county's debt collection and billing processes. The document requires potential vendors to provide detailed information across nine key technical areas: system description, equipment and software specifications, backup/recovery capabilities, network/hardware requirements, data storage approaches, system integration features, application security measures, SaaS redundancy and downtime protocols, and product vision with future enhancement strategies.

The technical requirements are extensive, focusing on critical aspects such as system scalability, licensing models, reporting capabilities, disaster recovery planning, data security, authentication methods, and potential for future product development. Vendors are expected to provide in-depth responses covering topics like single sign-on support, user access auditing, encryption methods, datacenter redundancy, geographic separation of data centers, and a strategic outlook for product evolution. The RFP emphasizes the need for a flexible, secure, and adaptable technology solution that can meet the current and anticipated future needs of the Tuolumne County Office of Revenue Recovery, with a particular focus on ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and robust security protocols.
