About this file

This RFP Exception Sheet is a submission document for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County Sheriff's Office (MSCO) pre-employment screening services procurement. The document requires proposers to identify and explain in detail any exceptions, proposed additions, or modifications to the City's standard terms and conditions outlined in the RFP document and Sample Agreement. Additionally, proposers must address exceptions to any addenda acknowledgements published on the Purchasing Division website prior to the proposal deadline of 12:00 pm on Friday, December 11, 2026. The sheet allows for multiple pages of documentation as necessary to fully address all exceptions and proposed contract modifications.

This submission form serves as a critical component of the proposal package, enabling the City and MSCO to clearly identify areas of disagreement or required modifications to standard contractual language before award consideration. The RFP Exception Sheet ensures transparency in the proposal process by documenting all deviations from standard terms upfront, allowing the buyer and evaluation committee to assess the impact of requested exceptions on contract administration and performance.
