About this file

This is Addendum No. 4 to an RFP issued by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) for the development of a water infrastructure funding dashboard. The addendum provides a representative sample of water infrastructure data that will be available to the selected firm for dashboard development, intended to illustrate the type and format of data rather than represent the complete dataset. The sample includes 16 water infrastructure projects funded across New Hampshire municipalities, with project details such as project numbers, locations, descriptions, categories, subcategories, binding commitment dates, and funding amounts from various sources including American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) treatment funding, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF), and Drinking Water-Groundwater Trust funding. The addendum was updated on September 25, 2026.

The sample data demonstrates the range of water infrastructure projects funded by NHDES across multiple categories including drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, cybersecurity, asset management, planning, and sustainability initiatives. Funding amounts in the sample range from $6,234 to $11,562,868, with total commitment amounts across all sources. The projects span municipalities from Allenstown to Woodstock and include various infrastructure improvements such as water treatment plants, distribution system upgrades, wastewater treatment facility enhancements, and stormwater management projects. This representative dataset is intended to inform firms' proposals for creating the interactive dashboard that will visualize NHDES water infrastructure investments for government officials, stakeholders, funding recipients, and New Hampshire residents.
