About this file
This document is Addendum #3 for a Cybersecurity Audit Re-Bid Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Confederated Tribes of Coquille Indian Tribe (CIT) on October 16, 2025. The RFP seeks a comprehensive cybersecurity audit covering two geographical locations in Coos Bay and Eugene, Oregon. The scope includes penetration testing, social engineering assessments, wireless network testing, and a full attack simulation across multiple network segments, with approximately 100 IoT devices in scope. The project is slated to occur between December 2025 and March 2026, with CIT preferring to avoid the last two weeks of December 2025 and first week of January 2026.
The cybersecurity audit will involve testing across under 10 physical sites, with approximately 35 total wireless SSIDs and under 20 departments participating in social engineering testing. CIT requires a vendor to provide all testing tools and conduct testing on production systems. The proposal should include optional pricing for post-audit advisory and remediation validation, with a preference for a single consolidated report that includes crosswalks to frameworks like NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CJIS. Notably, CIT is not leveraging managed service providers and has not undergone prior cybersecurity audits in the past two years. The vendor will be expected to prioritize remediation recommendations based on risk and provide a comprehensive assessment that includes framework mapping and an attestation letter.
