About this file

This document is an Addendum #2 for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Cybersecurity Audit Re-Bid issued by the Coquille Indian Tribe (CIT) on October 10, 2025. The RFP seeks to retain an experienced cybersecurity firm to conduct a comprehensive cybersecurity audit across multiple locations in North Bend, Oregon, including Coos Bay and Eugene. The audit will encompass a full cybersecurity assessment including social engineering testing of 250 employees, penetration testing, remote and on-site testing, and evaluation of the organization's current cybersecurity posture. The project will test various network environments, including wireless networks, guest networks, and a hybrid Active Directory and cloud environment with O365 and Entra ID/Azure AD.

The project has a budget of $100,000 and will involve testing various technical aspects such as BYOD devices, VDI environments, and potential in-person social engineering techniques. The audit will align with NIST SP 800-53 standards and include policy governance review and effectiveness testing. Canadian and out-of-state firms are eligible to apply, with no local vendor preference. Some sensitive technical details will only be shared with the selected vendor under confidentiality agreements. The RFP indicates that while IoT devices and configuration reviews are not required, the audit will be comprehensive and involve testing across multiple locations with various network and cloud platforms.
