About this file

This is a Cost Proposal Worksheet for the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) seeking advertising and creative design services. The deliverables include the development of an advertising plan, draft and final creative designs, installation of 40 posters (12'H x 24'W), 70 transit shelter billboards (67"H x 46"W), monthly performance metrics over 6 months, and a comprehensive final report. The quantities listed as "Fixed Quantity" are binding for the agreement term, while "Estimated Quantity" values are used solely for evaluation purposes.

The pricing structure requires vendors to complete unit costs for each deliverable, with sales tax calculations for Sacramento (8.75%), San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego. The worksheet includes provisions for unanticipated tasks with a blended hourly rate for contractor's key personnel, capped at $5,000. All unit costs and hourly rates quoted will be binding for the agreement term, and payment will be based on actual deliverables rendered and accepted by the FTB Contract Manager.
