About this file
This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the California Conservation Corps (CCC) for Digital Media Services. The CCC is seeking proposals from qualified digital media agencies to serve as the paid and organic digital media contractor of record. The selected contractor will collaborate with the CCC's Communications, Outreach, Recruitment, and Enrollment (CORE) branch to create digital media marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the CCC's program offerings, maximize enrollment and retention, provide multi-segment integrated communications services, and generate third-party validation through effective digital media relations. The RFP provides a detailed Scope of Work and key action dates, with an addendum issued on 11/8/24.
The RFP does not specify pricing terms or set-asides. It notes that the current contractor, 3 Shades Design, is qualified to apply for this opportunity, as the existing contract is expiring, and the CCC is looking to continue its Digital Media Services. The RFP does not mention any specific funding requirements or sources, but the successful bidder may be required to interact with other CCC contractors, including the Public Relations contractor.
