About this file

This document is a sample Subcontractor Consent Letter that is required to be submitted as part of the Past Performance Volume for the MOSES II RFP (FA7022-24-R-MOSES). The purpose of this letter is to allow the government to discuss the past performance information of subcontractors and teaming partners with the prime contractor during the source selection process. The letter states that the subcontractor or teaming partner understands the government's emphasis on past performance to obtain best value, and they are providing consent to allow the release of their past performance information to the prime contractor. This is a standard requirement to facilitate the government's performance confidence assessment during the evaluation of proposals for the MOSES II acquisition, which is being conducted by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command.

RFP Attachment 7 – Subcontractor Consent Letter

MOSES II RFP FA7022-24-R-MOSES

SAMPLE SUBCONTRACTOR/TEAMING PARTNER CONSENT LETTER

FOR THE RELEASE OF PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

TO THE PRIME CONTRACTOR

Past performance information concerning subcontractors and teaming partners cannot be disclosed to a private party without the subcontractor’s or teaming partner’s consent. Because a prime contractor is a private party, the Government will need that consent before disclosing subcontractor/teaming partner past and present performance information to the prime contractor during exchanges. In an effort to assist the Government’s Past Performance evaluation team in assessing your recent past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following consent letter be completed by the major subcontractors/teaming partners identified in your proposal. The completed consent letters should be submitted as part of your Past Performance Volume.
