About this file

This document is an amendment to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Maryland Uninsured Employers' Fund (UEF) for third party administrator services to process, investigate, and administer workers' compensation claims where the claimant was employed by an uninsured employer. The amendment modifies the original RFP by clarifying that the requirement for the offeror to provide a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is not applicable to this RFP. The RFP seeks to obtain the full scope of services necessary for the third party administrator to function as the processor, investigator, and administrator for all relevant UEF claims.

The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the document provided. The document does not contain information on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or other salient contractual details.
