About this file

This is a pricing submittal sheet for RFP 5800 SLW3032, issued by the City of Austin, Texas, for Executive and Specialized Recruitment Services. The solicitation seeks recruitment consulting firms to support the Austin Human Resources talent acquisition team with executive and specialized recruitment services. The scope encompasses four primary pricing categories: recruitment services for department head or higher-level executive positions such as City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and department directors; recruitment services for deputy assistant department head or officer positions including Assistant Directors and specialized officer roles; recruitment services for hard-to-fill non-executive specialty positions including engineers, medical doctors, attorneys, and IT professionals; and pricing for additional candidates hired from the same candidate pool. The City reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on overall low cost, individual line items, categories, or any combination of criteria deemed most advantageous. The City maintains sole discretion to determine the recruitment category, service level, and corresponding fee schedule for each engagement, with the authority to override the contractor's assessment of position complexity or market conditions.

All pricing must be all-inclusive of fees not expressly excluded from the scope of work, with contractors prohibited from separately charging for administrative costs, overhead, per diem, shipping, or transportation expenses to the Austin, Texas area. Contractors must provide all tools, labor, travel, and equipment necessary to perform required services. The solicitation includes a non-specified services category for recruitment-related services not identified in the pricing schedule, such as supplemental advertising, candidate assessments, background investigations, compensation studies, executive coaching, stakeholder engagement, organizational consulting, or market research. Offerors must complete the designated pricing submittal sheet without alterations or exceptions, as modifications may jeopardize offer acceptance. Additional pages may be submitted as necessary for pricing supplementary services.
