RFP-4-25-03
November 14, 2024 Addendum 1
TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS
This is an Addendum to and shall be considered as part of the original Proposal package for the above-mentioned Proposal. Contractors are requested to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with their Proposal.
CLARIFICATION TO QUESTIONS ASKED RECEIVED:
QUESTION 1: Can financial performance of current concessionaire for the beach rental concessions be provided?
ANSWER 1: There is no record available, as the vendor pays the County a monthly rental fee, and does not provide financials.
QUESTION 2: Tab 1. It states the letter must be signed by an authorized officer, are they wanting me to sign my Letter of Introduction page of my proposal at the bottom or is there an additional form?
ANSWER 2: Tab one specifically addresses the required “Letter of Introduction”. As it states, it is a summary with required information. When you create this letter, if you are the business owner or person authorized to sign a contract on behalf of the business, please ensure you sign this letter.
NOTE: this is in addition to the required signature and notarization of page 1 “Request for Proposals”
QUESTION 3: Tab 2. g. Organizational Chart. Please clarify what the graphical illustration of the service delivery structure means. Do you want photos of our existing beach rental set-ups?
ANSWER 3: Please provide a Flow chart for the service delivery structure/model. Photos are not required.
QUESTION 4: Pages 22-25 on the Foreign Influence On Contracts. I answered no to Section II. Do I stop filling out the form there and then sign on page 25 and get the form notarized?
ANSWER 4: Pages 22-23 Foreign Influence on Contracts form is used for submissions with a value over $100,000. If you have answered “yes” to the first question in Section I, then you are done and need only sign and notarize the form. The value is based on your submitted pricing. Pages 24-25 is a different form (affidavit), and must also be signed and notarized.
QUESTION 5: Pages 26-27; Do these need to be signed by the Proposer/Vendor?
ANSWER 5: Yes, please sign both and be sure page 26 “Certificate of Corporate Officer” is notarized.
QUESTION 6: On the Proposer Checklist at the bottom, it lists Attachments A, B, C.
Are these documents to be included with my proposal?
ANSWER 6: “Attachment A – Attestation of Compliance with Background Screening Requirements” must be signed and submitted with your proposal, however Attachments B and C are only for your review.
Please note that the proposal opening date and time remains November 20, 2024 @ 11:00 AM
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Sincerely, Sherry Collett Procurement Supervisor
