About this file
This document is Submittal Form B: Experience and Qualifications for the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development's Division of Community and Regional Affairs (DCRA) RFP 260000001 F03, specifically for a Unmet Needs Assessment (UNA) and Action Recovery Plan (ARP) targeting the Lower Yukon Regional Educational Attendance Area (REAA) and Juneau. The RFP requires offerors to provide detailed information about their project team, including personnel assignments, organizational structure, and individual responsibilities. Vendors must submit a personnel roster, resumes of key team members (limited to two pages each), and between one and three letters of reference for similar completed projects.
The procurement has a defined budget of $350,000, with proposals exceeding this amount considered non-responsive. The solicitation will be submitted through the state's IRIS-VSS procurement system, with a submission deadline of April 11, 2023. While no specific set-aside designations are detailed, the contract requires vendors to demonstrate expertise in environmental assessment, community resilience planning, and comprehensive disaster recovery strategies. The primary contact for this procurement is Kaiden Ward, a Procurement Specialist, who can be reached at kaiden.ward@alaska.gov for procedural or technical questions. The competitive nature of the procurement suggests that technical capability, prior experience with similar regional assessments, and cost-effectiveness will be key evaluation criteria.
