Pricing must be firm and fixed for the entire contract length, with usage charges remaining constant through base and option years. Billing for cutsheet toner printers and inkjet solutions must be separated if a single vendor receives both contracts. The State will make payment via Electronic Funds Transfer and invoices must be submitted within 45 days after contract expiration. The contractor must provide comprehensive support including 24-hour coverage Monday through Friday for two printers and 8-hour coverage for a third printer, with field engineers required to respond within 30 minutes during coverage hours and be on-site within 3 hours.
