Questions were due by February 12, 2024, with answers posted by February 19, 2024. Proposals may not exceed 50 MB in file size, though the City prefers submissions of 20 pages or less while still accepting longer proposals for review and consideration.

All plan review services are required to be conducted remotely with no on-site work anticipated. The document does not specify contract term, renewal options, award dates, or other financial details beyond the fee structure requirement.
