About this file

This is Amendment #1 to Request for Proposal No. 230000002224 issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services for the Foster Care Respite Program. The amendment modifies the Statement of Work contract activities to clarify contractor responsibilities and adjust service delivery timelines. Under Service 1 of 6 (Recruitment of Respite Families), contractors are required to attend meetings with the MDHHS Program Office as requested. Under Service 3 of 6 (Initial Licensing Certification), the amendment revises the initial home visit requirement from 24 hours to two business days of referral, while maintaining subsequent visit schedules of every seven days for the first 30 days followed by visits as needed until all required documentation is completed.

No additional information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or contract award dates is provided in this amendment document. The amendment serves solely to clarify and modify specific service delivery requirements within the original RFP scope of work.
