About this file

The document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) #2025-66 for Supportive Housing Case Management and Peer Support Services at Renaissance Court, issued by a county procurement office. The RFP seeks competitive bids for ongoing supportive housing services, with the current solicitation maintaining the same scope, service delivery expectations, and performance measures as the previous contract. The housing is permanent, and the service provider will be responsible for case management and peer support at the facility, which includes an onsite office, community spaces, and a central courtyard.

The RFP specifies several key operational details, including the use of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for reporting and documentation, requirements for background checks and abuse and molestation insurance, and flexibility in staff professional certifications. The current service provider is eligible to reapply, but the contract will be awarded through a competitive bidding process. Existing resident-driven groups include crochet, walking, and gaming, though no specific dual diagnosis support group is currently established. The solicitation follows standard procurement rules and seeks to ensure continued service provision for the vulnerable population at Renaissance Court.
