SHELTER OPERATIONS AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES at the

CLACKAMAS COUNTY STABILIZATION CENTER

RESPONSE TO CLARIFYING QUESTIONS

September 26, 2024

Note that these are questions submitted by interested firms to the above referenced solicitation. The below answers are for clarifications purposes only and in no way alter or amend the RFP as published.

1. Will the shelter be a dorm style shelter or individual client rooms?

Answer: Dorm style/shared rooms with 2-3 participants per room. There is one room that accommodates 2 female identifying participants with separate/ private bathroom facilities.

2. Does the provider have to apply for all services listed in the RFP Scope of Work?

Answer: To clarify, there are two RFPs for two separate programs: 23-hour crisis stabilization and Housing shelter/case management stabilization. Providers can apply for one or both RFPs but not required to apply for both. For each RFP, the responder does need to apply for all services AND that response can also include a subcontractor relationship for parts of those services, but the application does need to include all of the services listed in the RFP.
