REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #2024-81

SHELTER OPERATIONS AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES at the

CLACKAMAS COUNTY STABILIZATION CENTER

RESPONSE TO CLARIFYING QUESTIONS

September 25, 2024

Note that these are questions submitted by interested firms to the above referenced solicitation. The below answers are for clarifications purposes only and in no way alter or amend the RFP as published.

1. Were sections 5.4 and 5.6 initially left out of the RFP? If not, can the county please provide missing information for this section to ensure applicants address them in their response.

Answer: The section numbering is incorrect, but all the necessary information is included in the published RFP. Budget was initially in section 5.4, but was included in section 5.3, and info that was on section 5.6 was intentionally removed. RFP does not have sections 5.4 and 5.6.

2. Proposal Certification form, Oregon Business Registry Number. Will the County accept proposals from Vendors who are in the process of registering to do business in Oregon but have no Oregon Business Registry Number yet?

Answer: Yes. The prospective provider would need to have the Oregon Business Registry completed by the contracting phase. If the prospective provider is unable to obtain the Oregon Business Registry after award, section 4.3 would cover the procedure for moving on to next strongest proposer.

3. Budget template. Can respondents add lines as needed to each service category?

Answer: Yes. They can add the line items and categories that they think are needed. We will refine the budget presentation at the contracting phase.
