About this file
This document is Addendum #3 for RFP-2018-0395, issued by the City of Casselberry Finance Department's Procurement Division on October 8, 2018, for a Feasibility Study - Smart Meter Replacement Program. The addendum maintains the original proposal due date of October 16, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. Local Time and provides clarifications and responses to seven specific questions from potential bidders regarding the project. The questions cover topics such as current meter testing programs, business licensing requirements, existing utility management systems, meter asset data, and grant funding status.
The addendum reveals that the City currently has a Work Order Management System using the Superion (Central Square) Naviline ERP System and possesses existing meter asset data including ID numbers, installation dates, latitude/longitude, meter sizes, and meter types. The City has secured grant funding for the feasibility study and is seeking a comprehensive analysis that includes capital and operational cost estimates, funding options, and sources. Commercial meters are not currently under a testing or replacement program, and the City does not have established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to metering and billing. Potential bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by signing and returning the provided form with their proposal submission.
