Pricing for Schedule A services includes hourly rates for laboratory technicians, field technicians, field engineers, and professional engineers, along with equipment rental and mobilization charges for drilling rigs, soil boring services at various depths and with different backfill materials, well casing installation, laboratory tests, and sampling equipment. Schedule B pricing consists of flat-fee rates for plant and equipment inspections, aggregate suitability analysis, gradation analysis, asphalt paving mixture control checks, and express services, plus hourly personnel rates and daily equipment rental charges for field operations. Monthly invoicing is required with payment due within thirty days of City approval. The evaluation criteria weight cost at 30%, company capability at 15%, approach at 20%, experience at 20%, project team at 10%, and local vendor preference at 5%.
