About this file

This is a Notice of Intent announcing a virtual industry day for a Request for Information (RFI) related to software development and enterprise application support services for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The MCC, a federal agency, seeks applications engineering support, database operations and maintenance, solution development, and Tier 3 support across all enterprise applications to support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The MCC network serves approximately 550 users, including 250 full-time employees and approximately 300 non-employees, with 95 percent located at the Washington D.C. facility. The virtual industry day is scheduled for October 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST via Webex, with registration required by 6:00 PM EST on October 14, 2026, by emailing softwaredev@mcc.gov with attendee names, job titles, and email addresses.

Vendors must submit RFI responses by close of business October 29, 2026, and should indicate their business size classification (small, medium-sized, or large) and any current contract vehicles held. The scope also includes program management and administrative support necessary for award administration. The notice instructs vendors to thoroughly review requirements prior to the industry day and come prepared to participate in discussions and provide meaningful feedback during the question-and-answer session. This pre-solicitation effort precedes the formal Request for Information and eventual solicitation for the MCC Software Development Recompete contract (Solicitation Number 95332427K0001).
