About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the 48th Contracting Squadron at Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath seeking industry feedback on Protestant Chapel Support Services. The RFI seeks to consolidate four functional roles under a single contract: Protestant Musician, Protestant Music Director, Protestant Religious Education Coordinator, and Protestant Multi-Media Support Technician. The government is conducting market research to assess industry interest, capability, and capacity in providing these combined services for the 100th RAF Mildenhall Chapel.

Interested vendors are invited to submit electronic responses by 11 July 2025 at 1300 British Summer Time, addressing specific areas including company information, capabilities, key personnel, past performance, and approach to service delivery. Responses should detail the vendor's experience in service areas, ability to provide all four services under one contract, recommendations on service bundling, proposed staffing qualifications, and coordination strategies. The RFI emphasizes that this is not a solicitation, no contract will be awarded, and all response costs are at the vendor's expense. Responses will be used internally by the Air Force to facilitate decision-making and will not be disclosed outside the agency.
