About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office in Richmond, seeking to establish a vendor pool for Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) Wireless Services. The RFI seeks wireless carrier services for DLA Information Operations, specifically requiring 300 smartphones and 50 mobile broadband services in Germany, 10 smartphones in Spain, and 5 smartphones in the United Kingdom, with additional roaming services needed for DLA personnel traveling to other OCONUS and CONUS locations.
The RFI emphasizes that it is for market research and planning purposes only, is not a binding contract, and does not obligate the government to acquire services. Potential vendors are advised that all submission costs are at their own expense, and while they may submit proprietary information, they are responsible for properly marking such data. The solicitation number is KM-2025-0001, and responses will be used to potentially inform a future Request for Quote (RFQ) and potentially incorporate portions of vendor responses into a Performance Work Statement (PWS).
