About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property. The RFI seeks information from vendors with experience in providing State of New Hampshire, Veterans, and United States flags of various sizes and specifications. The State's objectives are to discover additional suppliers, gather information on current market and pricing structures, and determine the next steps for a potential contract. Respondents are requested to provide business and contact information, summary of experience, references, proposed solutions, and detailed pricing for nylon, spun polyester, and novelty flags in various quantities. The RFI does not commit the State to publishing a Request for Proposal or awarding a contract, and the information gathered will help the State decide whether to move forward with a formal solicitation.

The RFI outlines specific construction, packaging, and material requirements for the flags, including that all flags purchased with state funds must be manufactured in the USA. Respondents are advised that proposed pricing will be subject to public disclosure, and any confidential information must be clearly designated. The RFI also provides details on the submission process, including the response due date, point of contact, and procedures for submitting questions and receiving addenda.
