All pricing shall be FOB Greenwich with freight prepaid and allowed, with shipping and inside delivery costs included in unit prices. The initial contract award is for one year with four optional additional years available through mutual consent on an annual basis, with unit prices remaining firm for the initial term unless the bidder indicates potential increases or decreases for option years with specified maximum percentages.
