About this file

This is a Requirements document for a meat procurement solicitation issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) El Reno in Oklahoma. The solicitation number is 15B50726Q00000024, and it is designated as a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 311812 (meat processing), requiring vendors to have no more than 500 employees. The requirement is for quarterly meat deliveries, with the specific delivery period running from July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026, to FCI El Reno located at 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.

The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis with FOB destination delivery terms. Award decisions will be based primarily on price, though past performance will be weighted approximately equally in the evaluation. Poor past performance, failure to deliver, or non-compliance with specifications may result in a vendor being deemed non-responsible. Solicitation documents will be available on or about June 4, 2026, exclusively through SAM.gov, with no hard copies distributed. Payments for awards at or below $10,000 will be made via Government Purchase Card, while awards exceeding $10,000 will be issued as purchase orders payable by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
