The Government is soliciting offers for quarterly subsistence bread with 13 weekly deliveries beginning July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026. Deliveries must occur on a pre-scheduled day Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, to the facility located at 7410 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169. This is a firm-fixed-price commercial items acquisition with the NAICS code 311812 (small business size standard of not exceeding 1,000 employees). Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest price, with past performance weighted approximately equal to price. Failure to meet delivery schedules, specifications, or both will result in contract cancellation and potential indefinite removal from future awards. Non-conforming items conditionally received must be picked up by the vendor at their own expense within two weeks of notification, or the Government will dispose of the product. All items will be inspected, including thawing and cooking when necessary to verify specification compliance. Solicitation availability is anticipated on or about May 27, 2026, with all information posted to sam.gov. Contracts at or below $15,000 will be paid via Government Purchase Card; awards exceeding $15,000 will be written as purchase orders and paid by Electronic Funds Transfer.
