About this file

This document is an Addendum #1 for Request for Quote #PD 01-0-2025 issued by the City of Palm Bay, Florida for a Law Enforcement Off Duty Detail Platform. The addendum, dated November 6, 2024, provides clarifications and updates to the original solicitation, including that submittals will be accepted via email to Antoinette.Schrum@palmbayflorida.org or through VendorLink, with a submission deadline of Thursday, November 7, 2024 at close of business.

The addendum addresses two key questions from potential bidders. First, it confirms that the City seeks a fully outsourced option where the vendor will handle scheduling, invoicing, and payments. Second, it specifies insurance requirements, including $1,000,000 commercial general liability coverage per occurrence, $1,000,000 automobile liability coverage, and statutory workers' compensation coverage for Florida. The City also indicates that prepayment and payment methods will be at the discretion of the bidding vendor, who will be responsible for collecting payments from clients. The platform must provide comprehensive features for managing off-duty law enforcement details, with the award going to the vendor offering the lowest markup percentage.
